Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Devised and refined by Gary Craig, EFT is one of the most recent forms of complementary treatment but the theory dates back to the Ancient Chinese art of Acupressure – a predecessor of Acupuncture that doesn’t use needles. Instead, the client taps on specific points on the body while, at the same time, considering the problem that they have in relation to a positive choice that they would prefer.

I was very sceptical when I first heard about EFT, I couldn’t understand how it could work! But I have used this technique over many years with remarkable success.

Typical benefits include, the removal of unwanted negative emotions such as:- anger, phobias, cravings and addictions, unnecessary fears and panic attacks. It works well with psychological sports improvement as well as with some physical symptoms that have an underlying psychological cause.
