Stop Smoking

Smoking is both an addiction and a habit. Both of these need to be addressed if you are going to stop.

The addiction passes in three days but the habit is the most important part to consider. The trouble with nicotine patches and chewing gum is that they remind you of smoking every time you use them. My aim is to help you to forget about smoking.

My treatment is very comprehensive. It begins with an extended consultation to investigate your smoking pattern and to determine the most difficult times that you will face once you have stopped. If I have doubts about your motivation or the timing I will be honest and I will tell you so that you don’t waste your money. If you do decide to go ahead, then the treatment takes place about a week later and lasts for about 1½ hours. It involves not only hypnosis but also EFT and NLP.

In developing and refining my stop-smoking technique over a number of years I have focussed on the fact that my clients need the ability to resist temptation when it appears. You can stop smoking but you can’t escape the fact that smoking still exists around you and cigarettes are available in newsagents, petrol stations, pubs and bars and supermarkets. My treatment will teach you the skills and give you the knowledge to be prepared and confident to deal with the rest of your life as a non-smoker and be glad about it!

My success rate is better than 70% but if you need a repeat treatment within three months of the original session then there is no additional charge.
